Ipod player from Heaven or Hell?
I'm officially freaked out. Last night hubby and I were getting ready to go to bed when I realized I still had my cell phone in my pocket. I turned on the hall light, which already gives my house an eerie glow, and go to put my cell phone on the charger in the living room. As I'm trying to plug it in, I swear it seemed as if something grabbed my elbow.
Now, anyone who personally knows me, knows that if you put a visible threat in front of me, I am fearless. I will run into a gunfight with nothing but my fists if I feel threatened. However, take away that visible threat and I'm running full steam ahead, down the hallway, screaming like a banshee. Hubby appears at the bedroom door ready to take on the assailant that caused his wife to scream for bloody murder. When he realizes no one is in the house, he kindly plugs in my phone that I had dropped during the great escape and begins to tease me about watching Fact or Faked: Paranormal Investigations before bed.
Being the convincing, sweet guy he is, he calms me down as he snuggles me tightly in bed. "Relax honey," He says. "I'm sure it's the dark that scared you and nothing more." To which I reply "That was freaky." No sooner had the last syllable of the word "freaky" left my lips that it was interrupted by my Ipod suddenly turning on. "Take everything form the inside...." part of the chorus of Linkin Park's "from the Inside" song echoes throughout the home.
If the lyrics didn't creep me out enough, knowing that my Ipod player was located in my bathroom, couldn't possibly start playing on it's own accord (it's a pain in the butt to get it to play/pause on it's dock), let alone start the middle of a song that was not on the playlist I had been listening to earlier in the afternoon (I had been rocking out to Green Day's Dookie album while putting laundry away), was definitely enough to cause me to fly over to my husband side of bed and offer him up as the sacrificial soul for whatever entity decided to show up.
Being the brave man he is, hubby gets up and removes the Ipod from it's dock. To him, the problem's solved, problem's staying solve. Unfortunately for him, my imagination is already going a mile a minute. After hours of jumping at every thump, bump, tingle and itch, my Super Husband finally gets me to sleep.
The poor guy is dragging himself to work on only a couple hours of sleep in the name of protecting his wife from an Ipod player. I love you honey. You truly are the best and I do appreciate what you do. I'm still freaked out though so would you mind coming home real quick so I can go pee? :P

A real paranormal investigation
I recently met a Paul Roberts through some friends on Facebook who manages a paranormal investigation company HPI (Haunted Paranormal Investigations). Well, he asked me to go on one of their investigations and here is his report from our evening. It's quite interesting!
Blood on the Property

PRETTY BOY FLOYD:
The other day, I returned a call that came into my paranormal cellular hotline. The call was from Susan McCormick of Boley, Oklahoma. She makes claim that she encountered the full body apparition of Charles Arthur ‘Pretty Boy’ Floyd, American bank robber. While shopping at her local supermarket where her sister works (she wishes to keep the store unnamed), she witnessed the full body apparition of Pretty Boy Floyd as he approached her car. He actually walked through her car and walked 200 more feet before dissipating. Susan says that she recognized that it was Pretty Boy from pictures she has seen of him. She makes claim that Pretty Boy did not acknowledge her and this gives me the impression she witnessed a residual haunting effect of Pretty Boy. Researching records, Pretty Boy did a bank robbery in Boley, Oklahoma, so it is very probable that Susan did witness seeing this event. Special Note: My father Paul Marceau Roberts of Lehigh, Oklahoma saw Pretty Boy (while he was alive), when he was a little boy. Pretty Boy was truly a ‘smooth criminal’ and this song by Michael Jackson is dedicated to Charles Arthur ‘Pretty Boy’ Floyd:

INITIAL REPORT VIA PHONE:
TWO INVESTIGATIONS OF TWO PRIVATE RESIDENCES!
Date to be there: June 2, 2012 Saturday Time to be there: 2000 Hours Address to be at: Sacramento, CA 95815 - Contact: Cynthia Quint. Activity: phones are constantly played with, unplugged, relocated, etc. Occupant felt something going up her leg. One night in bed, something tried to smother her. She will feel nauseated for no reason. She saw an apparition in the hallway, dressed in 1800 style of dress. There was once a horse ranch on her property, that dates back to the late 1700s. After we investigate Cynthia Quint's home, we are investigating her neighbor's house. Two investigations in one night!
Nidia Holmes says: "Paul the one on Marysville Road, I read blood in the soil. Someone is buried/hidden in that land. It's not recent. My throat feels tight and I feel anxiety. Check out the horse ranch history if you can. The death occurred by way of drinking, arguing and fighting. I am unsure of a gun or knife being pulled but I see bleeding and shock from the victim. He has injuries on the side and did not believe in himself. He and the other man had been friends all their life".

Occupants: Cynthia Quint - 1st Home. LaJada Reidenbach - 2nd Home.
Cynthia briefs us that her mother once saw a full body apparition of a Spanish uniformed soldier in her home and when this entity saw her, he was shocked and then vanished. Cynthia tells us that there was a Rancheria once on this property that dated back to the late 1700s. There is an entity that is blacker than black that is attached to Cynthia. Cynthia also once saw a shadow person wearing a black raincoat and fedora. Another entity that is seen is a 6 foot tall scraggly entity, that looks like he is ready to beat somebody up.
Tonight the two leads are: Shari Aresta and Jon Koyasako. The teams are broken up into two teams. One team will cover one house and the other team will cover the other house. Floaters are: Stefanie Paige-Belson/Psychic; Big Al/Videographer; G.H.O.S.T. Team. During the initial briefing we are already capturing huge designer orbs. Malissa Finch is practicing photographing orbs and showing intelligence. I explained to the group, if they are capturing one particular orb floating around, tell the orb to appear in one area, snap a picture and if the orb is at that location it determines intelligence. Malissa does exactly that and tells the orb to appear by her hand, she snaps the picture and it's on her hand.
Special Note: Tonight I had a contest. I asked the question: What was recently discovered that indicates that life will continue after December 21, 2012? Big Al got the answer: A mural discovered in Guatemala. He won: Conspiracies & Secret Societies Brad Steiger.
GANSFELD EXPERIMENT:
Tonight G.H.O.S.T. is doing the Gansfeld Experiment, in which the participant is blindfolded, has head phones on and is listening to white noise. Jon Rubsam/Psychic is our first victim. Jon heard music, jazz music. Then the music turned to arguing. The arguing became more rowdy. Jon felt people standing next to him, watching him. Jon felt like he was being stabbed on his side. Later Jon felt something placing their hand on his shoulder. Bob Fulton experienced hearing voices and heard music. When I did it, I saw a man's shadow walk in front of me, I heard a woman on my left side, then I heard the woman sort of scream. When I thought in my mind, for the entity to touch me the wires moved on their own and brushed up against my leg.
FIRST INVESTIGATIVE EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
Shari's group called Team Get ur' Done did not get much (so Shari says - read on). Just a lot of orbs in their photos. Some cameras went dead instantly. Mark captured one possible EVP of a knocking sound, when they asked the entity to knock on the wall. Kara and another investigator witnessed a door open an inch and a quarter on its own. They received some K2 hits in the basement. Jon's group called Team Gottum captured no EVPs, no personal experiences. Malissa felt something moving her chair, she takes her camera and directs it behind her and captures an orb.
SECOND INVESTIGATIVE EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
EVP of a burp captured and no one burped. Air became heavy and some investigators felt nauseated in one home. Orb photos captured. Laser grid moved on its own accord. Malissa's back tingled. One of the investigators felt something on her chest.
THE BLESSING - HIGHLY INTENSE!!!!!!!!!:
There are two homes, one has positive energy, in fact Jon Rubsam and Stefanie Paige-Belson felt positive presences in the home. Jon identifies the occupant's brother by name and feels the occupant's deceased brother is in the home. The other home is filled with negative energy and during the blessing, I had two G.H.O.S.T. investigators with me and as we went down this very creepy hallway, Connor and I felt like we were being sucked into a vortex. During the blessing the occupant's cats went crazy. The occupant could not stand the blessing and she clapped her hands and told me to STOP!! The last room in this house was so intense, I never felt anything like this during any of my blessings. Connor and the other investigator felt the negative intensity. We all felt like we were engulfed with a strong negative force. When the blessing stopped the cats calmed down and were back to normal. For the house that is positive, I did a hedge of protection prayer for this house, that any negative entities from the other house, does not enter the house that is positive. I must say that I truly believe something demonic is in the negative house next door. When the crawl space door was open a strong draft blew out. The two investigators with me felt the evil in this home, I felt the evil. This home will stay on my mind for a long time to come.

I have a connection to the Hatfield - McCoy. When I was stationed at Fort Knox, Kentucky, I was partying at the Toy Tiger in Louisville, Kentucky. At the Toy Tiger, I met a gorgeous blonde female that was a 'McCoy'. This female McCoy told me that she was an original McCoy from the infamous feud. While living in Monterey, CA, I had neighbors that were Hatfield that were living directly in front of my home. My neighbor was Kevin Ford (but, connected to the Hatfields via his mother).
